YES! Absolutely! The program aims to help anyone to get to where they want to be by gradually increasing their veggie intake, ideally to optimal level, but you don’t have to be 100% plant-based neither at the beginning, nor at the end of the program

Coach can give you a full 4 week plan, especially curated to you, on your 90 minutes coaching session, however for the best and more sustainable results, make sure to book a full 30/60/90 days program, to benefit from the every day reminders and structure the super special Mobile APP and also from the Weekly 60 minute follow up sessions with Coach, who will make sure to keep you on track and help you get to where you want to go.

However, you can have access to the full “The Well-being of the Whole-being” with videos, articles, information, tracking, routines, AI, chat with COACH only after you schedule your 90 minute sessions with COACH and you chose one of the 30/60/90 days coaching program.
