There are so many great programs out there and I get it, it can be hard to find what truly fits. In my own journey, I realised that nutrition alone wasn’t enough for real, lasting change. Everything shifted when I combined mindset work, identity shifts, and practical habit change. My coaching isn’t about shame or motivational coaching it’s about helping you find the root causes behind your behaviours and cementing real change with science-backed habits in nutrition, body movement, and sleep. This is about building a healthier, happier you from the inside out.

Since starting the EME program, I’ve been absolutely blown away by how much I could learn - and how quickly it changed my life. Applying these tools, I watched my anxiety melt away, my self-confidence rebuild from the inside out, and my energy for life return stronger than ever. I feel more inspired, more in tune with my body, and genuinely excited about the future.
EME isn’t just about “positive thinking” - it’s about uncovering the real roots of self-sabotage, learning to regulate your nervous system, and creating lasting change at every level: mind, body, and energy. By integrating EME into my coaching, I’m able to support you in breaking old patterns, building deep self-trust, and experiencing transformation that truly lasts.
From a young age, I struggled with chronic health conditions by 25, I’d tried a dozen medications and felt trapped in a patient identity. Refusing to let that define me, I leaned into the power of mindset and let go of medication. For ten years, I lived medication-free, feeling more myself, but still managing symptoms and health anxiety.
The pandemic was a turning point: my businesses stalled, stress and emotional eating resurfaced, and my health took another hit. Following popular high-protein diets only made things worse—my bloodwork and energy plummeted. That’s when I discovered Dr. Brooke Goldner’s plant-based protocol. Within months of daily green smoothies and a new approach to food, my energy soared, my labs improved, and I felt truly alive again.
Inspired by my own transformation, I published three eBooks of plant-based, refined sugar-free recipes and launched my signature program, The Well-being of the Whole-being. I’ve helped others transition to healthier habits and find more energy because I know how hard it is to go it alone.
I have experienced healing my health issues first through the power of mindset, and then again with the power of plants and plant based nutrition. Now, I combine both in my program for ultimate results. Now, my program feels full and ready to serve as many people as possible to help you feel confident in your health, find an ally in your body, strengthen your mind body connection, remove limiting beliefs, and see food as more than just a coping mechanism for a stressful day, but as a true ally in sustaining optimal health, high energy, and joyful living.
