Every Journey starts with one single step…
Why choose me?
By the age of 25, I was diagnosed with a dozen chronic conditions.
The pains of asthma, gastritis, allergies, anemia, weight gain, joint pains, anxiety to name a few… were part of my daily life.
I remember, that instead of feeling energetic and enjoying my young life, I was feeling fatigued, and stressed out most of the time, even from the slightest cold.


At this point, I didn’t want to identify as a patient anymore, and I couldn’t imagine keep taking medication until the rest of my life, so I decided to went off of them***.By exploring a more holistic approach to life and using mainly the power of my mind, I was able to enjoy ten happy years with no medication for chronic conditions.
In 2020, the overall stress of the pandemic, the failing of my two sources of income, and my bad food habits lead me to a pre-diabetic condition, bad kidney and liver blood markers.
Thankfully in 2021, I started the Rapid Recovery Protocol of Dr Brooke Goldner and joined a 60-Day Club Fit Challenge, with 2400 participants from across the globe.
This is when I discovered the power of plant-based nutrition and how we can use food to heal our bodies and lif our energy!
In the next 12 - 18 months, all this led to reversing pre-diabetes, losing 10kg, clearing my skin, getting my energy back…
I will be forever grateful for the information I received and the many people who helped me in this journey…
As I was getting more and more curious about how my body had transformed and healed, I decided to get into the science of it and am currently in my 2nd year of studying Dietetics & Human Nutrition at London Metropolitan University.
Even though I am aware that 3 years from now I will be able to practice and help people with the new knowledge I receive, there was a question that I couldn’t get out of my head for the longest time.
How can people benefit from the information I already have acquired through my own health journey ? Who is out there, who needs this information right now, not in 3 years…?


So I put my head down, certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach and created my signature program The Well-being of the Whole-being in 2023/2024.
It is based on 5 simple, yet effective principles, which when applied correctly and consistently can lead to a much more enjoyable transition to a healthier plant-based diet, reducing sugar cravings, binge eating, losing those few extra pounds, and getting your energy up.
Using all my previous experience in tech and management, I gathered all this information and wrapped it up in a unique, easy-to-use mobile application which makes this transition smooth and keeps it interesting along the way.
It is my ultimate goal, to help as many people as I can, to switch the narrative in their heads and transform into the vibrant, energetic human beings that we all truly are.

My name is Sofia El-Hatri
.. and I am on a mission to empower people to take their health into their own hands to achieve the vibrant and healthier life they truly desire!
By applying my 5 principles for a simple, yet effective diet and lifestyle change, I am helping women aged 18 to 48 to transition to a healthier plant-based diet, reduce sugar cravings and feel more vibrant and energized.

My experience
I have 15 years of experience working with people as a team leader, manager, life-coach, business-coach and mentor and I have always loved helping people change limiting beliefs and re-discover their own strengths and power.
For the last 4 years, I have been exploring the healing powers of food, and the world of plant-based nutrition.
I then Certified as a Wellness and Nutrition Coach with two separate certification courses.
All this alongside, my full-time course as a University student of Dietetics & Nutrition at London Metropolitan University.
I published my first ebook with plant-based nutrition in 2021/22 and have 3 ebooks overall, with refined sugar-free, gluten-free, soy-free, fully plant-based recipes.
I am very grateful for the over 200 people who had believed in me so far and who enjoyed the desserts and nutritional tips & tricks with their friends and families!
I created my Signature Program “The Well-being of the Whole-being” in the beginning of the 2024 year, as I wanted to help people to transition to a plant-based diet in a healthier way, and reduce those sugar-cravings, so common in our fast-passing world.
I started by doing free consultations, then one-off sessions with friends, and then friends of friends, and with customers who had enjoyed my ebooks previously, and as the interest was growing, I decided it was time to let it out to the public and make my program more accessible to as many as I can reach.
It is my ultimate goal, to help as many people as I can, to switch the narrative in their heads and transform into the vibrant, energetic human beings that we all truly are.

YES! Absolutely! The program aims to help anyone to get to where they want to be by gradually increasing their veggie intake, ideally to optimal level, but you don’t have to be 100% plant-based neither at the beginning, nor at the end of the program
I am not a professional cook… and baking has never been my strength :)
Actually, most of my baked goods I’ve burned and I think that the reason why I say I like crunchy, slightly burned food, is because I just has never really been able to properly cook a meal or a dessert without burning it…
So when I started searching for inspiration on how to make my meals and most specifically my desserts healthier , I was pleasantly surprised to see so many options of raw sweet treats and desserts!
So to add to the variety, I would love for you to try my No bake vegan Brownie…mmmmm, I dare you to try it and let me know how many pieces you cut…
But in all seriousness, raw vegan food is considered any plant-based food that hasn’t been cooked or heated to more than 48C. Instead, I love to blend my smoothies, to drink my juices and to soak my dates before using them in my recipes.
If you want to start contributing towards a healthier heart, increasing the portions of fruits & vegetable per day to 5 or more is a great start, and why not one of the portions to be your next Raw Vegan Dessert!. Find m on page 12 ;)
The results will depend on what your goals are, and how committed you are in the process.
