My Mission
My name is Sofia El-Hatri
.. and I am on a mission to empower people to take their health into their own hands to achieve the vibrant and healthier life they truly desire!
By applying my 5 principles for a simple, yet effective diet and lifestyle change, I am helping women aged 18 to 48 to transition to a healthier plant-based diet, reduce sugar cravings and feel more vibrant and energized.
Who is this program for?
I help women, like you, transition to a healthier plant-based diet, reduce sugar cravings, and have more energy!
My experience
I have 15 years of experience working with people as a team leader, manager, life-coach, business-coach and mentor and I have always loved helping people change limiting beliefs and re-discover their own strengths and power.
For the last 4 years, I have been exploring the healing powers of food, and the world of plant-based nutrition.
I then Certified as a Wellness and Nutrition Coach with two separate certification courses.
All this alongside, my full-time course as a University student of Dietetics & Nutrition at London Metropolitan University.
I published my first ebook with plant-based nutrition in 2021/22 and have 3 ebooks overall, with refined sugar-free, gluten-free, soy-free, fully plant-based recipes.
I am very grateful for the over 200 people who had believed in me so far and who enjoyed the desserts and nutritional tips & tricks with their friends and families!
I created my Signature Program “The Well-being of the Whole-being” in the beginning of the 2024 year, as I wanted to help people to transition to a plant-based diet in a healthier way, and reduce those sugar-cravings, so common in our fast-passing world.
I started by doing free consultations, then one-off sessions with friends, and then friends of friends, and with customers who had enjoyed my ebooks previously, and as the interest was growing, I decided it was time to let it out to the public and make my program more accessible to as many as I can reach.
It is my ultimate goal, to help as many people as I can, to switch the narrative in their heads and transform into the vibrant, energetic human beings that we all truly are.

YES! Absolutely! The program aims to help anyone to get to where they want to be by gradually increasing their veggie intake, ideally to optimal level, but you don’t have to be 100% plant-based neither at the beginning, nor at the end of the program
